  • Chuck’s Sandjacking offers a unique, patented concrete leveling process that involves precisely lifting sunken concrete, then blowing ultra-dried sand, under pressure, beneath the slabs to stabilize them. It is a cleaner, more precise, longer-lasting alternative to mudjacking or foam injection. Most importantly, our unique Sandjacking patented processes lift the concrete surfaces to proper levels and fill the voids completely, which assures stability and helps prohibit water storage. Holes are only drilled if necessary.

  • First, we mechanically lift the settled concrete slab using one or more of our 30+ different lifting processes to the precise level required.

    Second, we use our unique, patented equipment to blow specifically ultra-dried sand under the slab, filling all the voids.

    The slab is gently lifted and supported from beneath as sand fills the voids. Superior results.

Is there a warranty?

Absolutely! We expect our unique, patented process to provide years of stability. Of course, we “never say never” in this geographic area of different types of soils and clays. We do provide a full warranty for one year against a 1” or more drop.
